We build strong relationships with our families and work closely with parents to support their child’s learning and development.

Ofsted Report 2025:

“Partnerships with parents have a positive impact on children’s learning. Leaders and staff provide a warm welcome for all children and families. Communication and information shared with parents helps them to understand about their children’s learning and development. Staff regularly update parents and share ideas on how they can support their children at home. Parents comment on how caring the staff are and how much progress their children have made.” 

Our partnership with parents includes:

  • Regular updates using the Famly app to track their child’s journey and progress.
  • Open communication with key staff members which includes parent meetings to share skills and ideas for the child’s next step in learning
  • We follow a graduated approach to supporting children with SEND and parents are involved at each stage of assessment.
  • Parents are invited to workshops throughout the year to join activities, learn more about their child’s learning, and spend quality time together.
